Marks has and continues to work within budgets ranging from $5,000 to $3,000,000. Our project time constraints can accommodate completion in one day to six months based on the client’s desired timeline and budget. We continually serve our wide range of clients based on their needs of project size, budget, and ideal completion dates.

Stabilization of 1,000 LF along the Rocky River in Valley City, Ohio. Scope included 15,000 tons of limestone riprap, 8,000 tons of 304 limestone/embankment, sanitary sewer encasement, and site restoration.
Project Cost: $2.2M

Clearing and grubbing, 220,000 C.Y. excavation and embankment to form a new stream channel and floodplain, 154,000 C.Y. clay hauling/stockpiling, aggregate access drive and parking lot, erosion control, seeding, mulching, planting of trees/shrubs, and signage.
Project Cost: $3.8M

This project involved over 40,000 C.Y. of excavation and embankment to create 80+ acres of wetland. Work included the construction of approximately 1.7 miles of aggregate walking trail, a 30-stall parking lot, precast-vaulted restroom, boardwalk, and various observation amenities.

Stabilization of 300 LF of streambank along Tinker's Creek utilizing brush layering and limestone riprap. The project also included 250 LF of 18" live sanitary sewer placement.

Relocation of 323 LF of an unnamed tributary of the East Branch Rocky River, featuring riffle structures, mini-vane, and wood toe with live branch layering. Work included an energy dissipation basin in the relocated channel, demolition of existing concrete revetment, and reconstruction of the roadway and embankment.

Project consisted of 14,000 C.Y. of excavation and embankment to increase floodplain storage and create nearly 4,000 LF of linear wetland. Also included 1,500 LF of paved trail and 500 LF of pre-fabricated boardwalk.
Project Cost: $700,000

Included 6,000 C.Y. of excavation and embankment to construct five soccer/football fields. Scope covered all seeding, restoration, storm sewer with two bio-retention cells, and 9,000 SF of concrete walk.
